Our three core engagements are scoped to defined timeframes. The Leadership Alignment Programme runs over four weeks. The Financial Health Diagnostic is typically completed within three weeks. The Change Readiness Assessment takes two weeks. We are precise about duration because your team's time is a resource too.

Our work is suited to owner-managed businesses, growth-stage companies, and regional subsidiaries with between 15 and 250 employees. We are less well suited to very early-stage startups or large multinationals with centralised consulting functions.

Our consultants are bilingual. Facilitated sessions can be conducted in Cantonese, English, or a mix of both, depending on the preferences of the participants. Deliverables are produced in English as standard, with Cantonese versions available on request.

All engagement data is held under strict confidentiality and deleted at the conclusion of the project unless you have asked us to retain it. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any confidential information is shared. We do not store financial documents beyond what is needed to complete the work.

Each engagement closes with a presentation session where we walk through our findings and answer questions from your team. After that, you own the work and are free to use it as you see fit. We offer optional follow-on support at a separate day rate for organisations that want continued access.
